Make hard frozen blocks of ice for your snow cone business, in your own home freezer!  Be in control of your ice block production with Clinebell’s Flex Form for making Individual Snow Cone Block Ice.  Each block of ice measures 5.5″ square & stands approximately 10″ tall. 

With each flex form fill one of the leak proof plastic bags with approximately six quarts of water, or, until the water level reaches the mark inside the form.  Place the filled bag inside the form.  Fold the top of the bag over neatly, trapping air inside to hold the bag out of the water.  Leave the excess bag hang over the top edge of the Flex Form and slide the cover over the top of the form.  Place the filled form inside your freezer for at least 24 hours.  Then simply flex the sides of the form and remove the hard frozen block of ice out of the form.  The block of ice is already in a plastic bag and is ready for immediate use or storage for a later event.  Remember to always use a leak proof plastic bag to avoid water leaking into your freezer and creating a frozen mess.
