Ice Bag Policy

ICE BAG FINAL SALE & LEAKAGE POLICY

Company: Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc
Effective Date: 5/20/2022  

1. Final Sale

All sales of ice bags manufactured and/or supplied by Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc.  are FINAL SALE.

Once ice bags have been purchased and/or shipped, they are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or credit, except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc.

The customer is responsible for confirming the required quantity, specifications, and suitability of the ice bags prior to placing an order.

2. No Warranty Against Leaks

Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc.  provides NO WARRANTY against leaks, seepage, punctures, tears, or loss of containment of ice bags.

Ice bags are subject to conditions beyond Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc.'s control, including transportation, handling, loading, unloading, storage, installation, temperature changes, vibration, abrasion, and other environmental or operating conditions. Any of these conditions may contribute to damage or leaks in an ice bag.

Accordingly, the occurrence of a leak does not constitute a basis for a return, refund, replacement, credit, or warranty claim.

3. Inspection Upon Receipt

The customer is responsible for inspecting the ice bags upon receipt and before placing them into service.

Any visible shipping damage should be documented immediately and reported to the applicable freight carrier in accordance with the carrier's claim procedures. Reporting shipping damage does not alter the final-sale or no-leak warranty provisions of this policy.

4. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing ice bags from Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc., the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The sale is FINAL.
  • Ice bags are sold WITHOUT A WARRANTY AGAINST LEAKS.
  • Leaks, seepage, punctures, tears, and loss of containment are not grounds for return, refund, replacement, credit, or warranty claims.
  • The customer accepts responsibility for the handling, transportation, storage, and use of the ice bags after shipment.
  • The customer has had the opportunity to review and understand these terms before purchasing.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Placement of an order for ice bags constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of this Ice Bag Final Sale & Leakage Policy, unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by an authorized representative of Clinebell Equipment Co. Inc.
